This is a basic breakfast recipe. If you have no clue what to cook, this is one of the simplest things that can be made within 15 minutes. 
Ingredients
- 2 eggs
 - 1 medium size onion finely chopped
 - bread slice
 - Spices (salt to taste, red chili powder, coriander powder, cumin seeds)
 - 1 green chili
 - coriander leaves finely chopped
 - oil or butter
 
Procedure
- Break eggs in a bowl. Add chopped onion, green chili, coriander leaves and spices on it and mix it properly.
 
- Heat pan in a medium flame. Apply butter on both sides of the bread and toast it on the pan.
 
- Apply some butter on the pan and spread egg mixture on it.
 
- Place toasted bread slice on top of the omlett and let the below side cook. Apply more butter on the sides.
 
- Flip it on the other side and let it also cook a little.
 - This can be served with Tomato Ketchup
 
Tip
- Paratha can also be used in place of bread and this can than also be served as an Egg Roll.
